A: Due to the perishable nature of our candy and chocolate, we do not accept returns. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt to report the issue. Claims made after this time will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund. Please note, we cannot process returns due to customer error or personal preference.
