Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are generally processed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days, not including shipping time. Shipping time is an additional 1-5 business days depending on your location and which shipping option is chosen at check out. Orders are processed Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
Because candy and chocolate are a perishable item, we DO NOT accept returns of them. If you receive the incorrect product or the item is damaged, please contact us immediately. You must contact us within 72 hours of receipt. All complaints received after 72 hours will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We will either replace the item at no extra charge or issue a refund if the item is out of stock. We cannot accept returns due to customer error or dislike of the product received.
