At Door County Confectionery, we strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered with care. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days, excluding shipping time. Shipping time varies based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout, ranging from 1-5 additional business days. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Return Policy for Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of candy and chocolate, we are unable to accept returns on these items. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect product or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt to address the issue. Claims made after 72 hours will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

In the event of an issue, we will either:

• Replace the item at no additional cost, or
• Issue a refund if the item is out of stock.

Please note that we cannot process returns or refunds due to customer error or personal preference regarding the product.
